Colored VERY quickly in PhotoShop, since I had to go to class today... T-T And by quickly I mean one 5-hour sitting... =_= So, no fancy backgrounds, I was starting a "parchment" background, but.... Well, I didn't even have time to add shading, but hey, it fits the video-game feel, I think.

My entry for DragonFable.com's movie poster contest, category of "spoof."
I know, spoofing one rpg with another? Lame! >.< But the more I thought about the idea, the more I liked it^^ Obviously, DragonFable spoofed with the Advent Children movie. It was a movie, so it counts, darnit.
I sketched it out in mech. pencil a couple of times before settling on this sadly simple version. Originally I had mostly all the characters. They spoofed so well! Then I inked it, although I only had two different widths of pens available. T-T Hopefully I can finish editing it today. If not, the deadlines tonight, and this was rushed from yesterday, so...

Spoof ideas:
DragonFable chars|||Advent Children chars
*top left* Loremaster Maya as Aerith Gainsborough Maya is quiet and has floral patterns in her outfit. Her hair is close to Aerith's, what with those sworls looping down. Also, her pose is similar to Aerith's popular praying stance.
*top right* Nythera as Jenova Lol. Her wanting to rule the world attitude made her scream for the part. I gave her her signature scowl and replaced Jenova's ameoba-esque wings with dragon wings, to attest for Nythera's part-dragon heritage.
*center* Cysero as Cloud Strife Simple: Similar hairstyles, along with the fact that they both have huge swords. Plus, Cysero seemed the 'main character' type. I did my best to blend their outfits, but it ended up being Cloud wearing some of his armour and toting his sword D: _{Edit: Apparently I looked at the wrong picture when referencing for Cysero... He looks different than the picture I found that was labeled as him}
*bottom left* Warlic as Kedaj Their hair was similar (the only people with silver hair >.< ) and when I was staring at a screenshot from AC, it struck me how similar they looked. Although, the personalities don't match up. I guess it'd make sense if Warlic was a bad guy, since he is my favorite character. Honestly, I think I just have a thing for silver-haired serious guys. ...He's so hot And look at all that Materia decorating Waric's robes! He's up to something
*bottom right* Valencia as Tifa Lockhart. Her personality seemed fitting, and not to mention she's a mirror image of Tifa, as in her pose is flipped, along with what side her bangs are on.

I had SO much fun blending their outfits. I just hope I don't get flamed/maimed/killed by the FF7 fans
